I have always enjoyed drawing and took some elective art classes at the University of Saskatchewan many years ago.  Now retired I thought it would be fun to take a shot at painting.  I really love Richard's work and wanted to explore more about how he sees his subjects and approaches some of the technical aspects.  Really enjoying the workshops so far and have already learned a great deal.
