Oil on Canvas Panel 12" by 10" -- touch up per Lori Ippolito's suggestion. I knocked back the pinks and yellows on the tower and dome and church face by scumbling some white with green oxide over the pink and white with dioxazine purple over the yellows. This is very subtle but if you go back and forth between my two paintings you will see that desaturating my sunset colors in the distant buildings sets them back in space and ends all the competition of the tower with the poles in the near water. This is an easy 5 minute fix. I will take down the first painting in another day or two.

Thanks Lori (esp. for the wrong tag alert and tips), Jessica and Sandi.  I love this palette, too, Sandi.

Stu, just noticed your tag is incorrect if you want your painting in the workshop album..somehow your 41 lost its place!
