11" by 14" oil on canvas panel -- Port Washington, WI -- painted plein air in middle of a thundershower that brought about 2 or 3 inches of rain. Fortunately I got started just before the deluge began and was painting under a roof between two buildings. This was day one of the Cedarburg Plein Air Festival.

Hi Stu, I just noticed that I spelled your name in a funny way, my apologizes.
I wanted to say "great atmospheric painting Stu!
Too bad about the bad weather - but this is a very convincing portrayal of a stormy day on the waterfront! Great sky!
This one is my favorite of your paintings. There are complicated angels and lots of movement with a great variety of greys. The stormy weather is annoying but suits your personal style and pallet
Very good Stu!! :)))
You really captured the moment. Love it!
