12x24" oil on canvas
This is closer to the original. I can't believe it, but I take better photos of paintings (I just found out) with my iPad than with my camera...and with NO EDITING. I am excited! There is such a difference between the two.

What a beautiful painting Nancy!!!  I love the way you have gradated the water from warm to cool ..that really gives a sense of depth to your work.  When I squint, I see your values are impeccable!  I love how you have painted luminosity into your shadow areas! ..I know a photo of this scene would have shown the shadows as black! ..so great job on that.  The abstract play of light and shadow on your cliff is excellent ..nice job on how you made the cliff the focal point ..everything else supports that very well.  I could go on and on ..but I better stop.  Great job ..congratulations!
