Nice job Stu
Wow! This is incredible!
be sure and repost it!
looks very wet!!!
Hi Stu, Believe me, I will not purchase any more videos until I am sure they have fixed the problem. I did receive a reply from Johannes. He said that he forwarded my email to the people in charge of that problem...probably the same people I emailed. Well, at least he was kind enough to write back. By the way, I am still loving just looking at this beautiful painting. I love the wet reflections and the warming lights in the shops.
Barb, you can use your own GC photos. I really liked one of Jo's and used that since I haven't been there for 25 years. Everything is fixed at North Light; check your account and you will see that all your files are back. Stu
Wow your really getting busy Can we use other painting of the canyon I have tons of my own as well as JVs So you have your Studio open now ? How fun . I paid for this month one but have not started yet ... My new classes start next week so have been busy preparing for that I have two a week now . That wet rain really came out wonderful ... I grew up in that stuff and makes me shiver just to see it ... GREAT JOB .
Thanks Barb. This seems to be a popular painting. I have another similar photo reference from several days before this one. I will probably paint that pretty soon. I finished my underpainting for the grand canyon and will shoot it and post it tomorrow. I used one of JVs reference images for it; his photos are great. I met Ann Turner in person today. She and her husband came up from San Jose to my new studio during Marin Open Studios today; she is the first artist on this site that I have met in person. Stu
