Great surprise in my mail today

I got home from a busy day at the office to find a cheque in the mail for the sale of "Me and My Family". This is exciting news for me as I've only been painting for 2 years and this is the 3rd painting I've sold. It is a great boost of encouragement for me to keep going. Challenging myself with workshops like the pear/grape challenge and continuing to work on the basics and not try to rush the learning is starting to work for me.  I'll now be tackling Workshop 6 challenge tomorrow with renewed energy.

I don't go out of my way to sell - but to include my work in some exhibitions they have to be available for sale - but it is great to know someone out there is looking after these little fellows!

Oh.. my favorite. I didn't know you were selling. I know who ever bought it..had the same feelings as i did. Good for you Julie. I don't know why i don't sell my stuff.  I need to get in the loop.
