A great book for those painting still life

Hi Everyone

I've just pulled this book off the bookshelf to read again before I tackle the current workshop. Even though I don't paint in oils many of the concepts that the artist/author talks about are relevant to all mediums.

There is a whole chapter on "Handling Translucent Objects" just what is needed for the cut orange in workshop 7. Other chapters cover: painting metals, reflections and highlights.
