Beautiful Glenys!  Your darks are so well placed ..the heavy shape of the headland is balanced so nicely by the foreground rocks and the little rock on the left (with the 2 gulls) ..brilliant!!   I like how you 3 spotted your lights ..waves, sail boats, and gulls ....the eye journeys from light spot to light spot.  Question:  is the far headland going behind the dark mass of headland?  If it is behind that cliff, then maybe lighten the value (atmosphere) and soften edges as it goes behind.  If it is a continuation of the foreground mass ..then okay!!  :))
