your drawing skills rate supreme in this truck. well done Candi.
Michael, we all value your advice! Don't change, we're all learning alot on this site!
XOXO Michael
Yikes Candi ..is that the "Rep" I have ..just telling artists what they have done "wrong"? ..I must change my ways!!! :)) I see this as a "portrait" composition. I love the way you have subordinated all the other elements in your composition to support the truck ..your star!!! A masterful use of grays in the background. The diagonal line of the tree is a nice counterpoint to the diagonal movement of the truck. I like the repetition of the fence posts ...repetition with variety!! Your great composition, values, color, and drawing, all contribute to a very successful painting!! ..congratulations!! I think that if anything were "wrong", it would be a very picky item.
WOW Michael! THANK YOU!!! I've been wishing and hoping for you to take a look, & tell me what I've done wrong (that hadn't already hit me)!
Wow Candi!! Just great!! :)
THANK YOU Kudawashe and Ruby!!!
Stunning!!!
this is sooo nice Candi !!!
Thanks Jessica! Now I am trying to do an old building in acrylics, that I took the same day. Lettering on the building, and knew I could never pull that off in the W.S. oils! Next I'm going to watch the video, and tackle Richard's truck! Hoping all this practice will start to show some improvement some day!
