Thanks Stu. Yes, I flipped the photo in Photo Shop and then painted it. I think I liked it better this way. However, my value sketch seemed to be a stronger painting. Perhaps I need more contrast in the front area...but really am a bit tired of this one for now. Maybe brighten the sky & clouds. Not sure anymore. Didi

Didi, interesting observation=I think you flipped your photo; either the reference photo that you painted from or your photo of your painting has been reversed (mirror image).  Was that your intention?  Also, I think you posted after the deadline, but that may be a time zone issue.  Nice loose brushwork and color harmony.  Stu
