Looking at your composition a have a feeling of embrace. You've got beautiful brush strokes in there. I like the left bank of the canal or river, as I can see some very delicate purple grey reflections on the surface of the water. It's beautiful! I would like to see some purple grey in the distant trees and grass and also some reds (earth reads) in the grass especially in the foreground just to give them some life and animation. But, of course that is only my opinion and my taste.
