Hi Michael, thank you for your comment.  You are right; an odd number would be a better balance.  I will remember that next time as this painting is already sold.

Beautiful!! Beautiful colors and concept!! But,   I think the apple half in front of the bowl messes up your composition a little? ..too much sameness between the two halves.  An odd number of apples would give better balance perhaps?
