Yes, i see your point. Overall my view is that the whole composition isn't balanced and falls to the right.

Thomas, I think the composition is excellent. The one change I would make is the structure to the far left, I'd mute that a little....but nice painting!!

Charles, typically i paint some 25 hours per week, net time holding a brush. I do not touch my pleinair studies at home.
I think the composition of this one isn't good.

In addition to the quality, I am impressed with number of paintings you create and the locations.  How many hours per week are you painting?  Following a pleinair session do you make adjustments to your paintings once back in your studio?
