Thanks, Michael. I am Russian, and the place I painted is in the Netherlands :). I often circle there. I fly to Russia (St. Petersburg) tomorrow for three weeks :)

Ah, what great movement Elena!!!   This looks like a Russian Impressionist painting!!! ...  BTW, are you Russian, I am 1/2 Russian ... and 1/2 Italian. The Russian on my Fathers side.  Anyway, I just love your treatment of the sky .. wow!  and look at those trees and clouds moving in the wind.  Great painting.  :)
