Thanks for your wow Jim much appreciated.  Our Boars are pretty ugly and quite destructive but taste pretty good in a pie!

Wow!  This is really nice!  I love the color transition from the near foreground back -- how it lightens and the trees being slightly blue.

I hope your boars are not like those in the US.  Ours are big and ugly and have miserable dispositions.

Very harmonized colour combination, beautiful. I also enjoy the way your paint the muddy part of land, the texture, the details, very interesting.

Thank you very much ladies for your uplifting comments! I tried to concentrate on just painting what i saw whilst squinting at the photograph.  Not easy as i kept forgetting to squint....it's a very beneficial thing to do.....as it takes out all the complicated bits and enables you to see values more clearly....I urge you to squint if you haven't already done so......:-}
