Li,  I also love Chinese cooking.  Your explanation of Chinese cooking really warms my heart.  It is quite poetic and of course artistic!

Li,

What a beautiful explanation and analogy to Chinese cooking.  I love it and what a gracious compliment !  Thank You ,Thank You.  I am a big fan of Chinese cooking to - so fresh - so good !  We are all making our own special recipes here aren't we.  It is great fun sharing with everyone !

Dania, you are a lucky girl have your husband cook and cook organic natural food or meat.  The reason that I thought  you cooked well was the way you described how you painted and chose from your paint piles. So interesting,  It made me to think about the way our Chinese cook. Western people cook like  scentists, they measure everything by different tools, cups , spoons or scales. Chinese cook as  artists, they are busy to choose all kinds of things in front of them.  And they put things in the pot by what  and how much they like for their tast. No strict quantity restriccion. Quite often, they will put some fine, thin pieces of green chinese onion into the dish to make it beautiful and attractive  to lure the hungrey eaters. As you did in your painting. Ha, Ha, Ha.

Li,

My husband is laughing in the background when I read your comment.  I am the lucky one because my Hubby is the full time cook and bottle washer of the house.  I like doing special occasions  and deserts - HA HA !  He is also an avid hunter/fisherman so the agreement was you cook whatever you bring home from the wild.
