As always nice job! My only suggestion would be to keep your strokes horizontal for the water, you did that in the background the water  and it looks great!

Thanks Ann  - You are right , I love warm colors and somehow should curb my instinct to paint warm colors on the far side.I also have trouble mixing cool colors.I will re do this one and post

You must love warm color, lots of it in this painting. You need to have some cooler color to give the viewer a rest. A few subtle greys would go along way toward making the beauty of your painting shine. Its good to think of a 20/80 ratio between warm and cool. In this painting I would add the 20% cool. For example you can take some of your warm orange and add some of the blue from the water together until you have a grey that is consistent with your other color. It takes experiment and you may have to add Ult blue to your palette  The beach line/foam need to be flat by making them more horizontal. Good luck, I hope that you van think about these ideas and maybe try them next time.

HI.  I love the richness of your colors.  I think the cliff farther away needs a little more coolness to separate it from the one in front, and if you lightened the sky it would recede more.
