Thank you guys for your comments. And Yes, it is my first only sunset.  Richard's video did such a good job of showing how to do this, it really helped!!  It's probably downhill from here though...Hope not but we'll see.

Now to glaze it, which is a really new idea to me.

Great job Carol!! ....exciting, but not garish!!   Although I try to stay away from concave lines, in this painting it is good because it enhances the mood of the end of the day.  Very nice.

Carol, this is lovely sunset painting. I really like the way you did for forground hills trees. I can imagine how beautiful it will be after it is glazed.

Oops, I forgot to change the title for here. Denali is my Pomeranian dog and not in the painting, of course...my bad!

Ok, here is my very first ever sunset, unglazed. I still have a lot to learn about them but I guess it is ok for now. Richard's instructions are fabulous!
