Thank you for looking and commenting Michael! You make good observations. The original painting does not look like this..........The problem is me being in too much of a hurry and photographing it in doors, under a work light. Smiles to you ;-)
Hi Dorian. I see that EVERYONE likes your vivid colors, and so do I ..BUT ..realistically , we can have vivid color, but we still must observe relationships between colors, edges, values, and temperature. For instance, your red building in the distance ..keep it vivid if you like, but it must be in relation to other colors ...should that building be as saturated a color as the red shape in the foreground ..should it be the same value? ...questions like this you should be asking all over the painting. Think value first and then color. :)
Great Job and beautiful colors, Dor!
Thank you Jessica for encouraging me. Smiles to you ;-)
Lovely vivid colours as in all your paintings, Dor!
Linda thanks for telling me! I do to, but it is covered up now with the second! Smiles to you my friend. ;-)
Thank you Olivia for putting a smile on my face! Sending smiles to you ;-)
Hi Silvana
