I just read the other comments and see this is your first pastel. Well done!
Love those pan pastels and the intensity of the colors. Have you tried Pastelmat? It's a lot easier on the foam than sanded paper.
Great light effect hitting the shed DOr That elusive effect is so difficult to capture and you did!!!!
Hi Diane
I agree with your observation and will fix it in the oil painting. Thanks and smiles : ))
Lovely soft effect with the pastles Dor. Great soft and sharp edges. One observation I make is maybe the right hand edge of the lean to could become a little more defined as the roof looks as if it is floating a little. Maybe just the reproduction on the computer screen as they all look different in the actual Look forward to your oil!!
Great, Dor. I'm looking forward, I'm sure it will be another great painting...^_^.
Thank you Rita, I am so glad you looked and commented. I am planning on doing another in oil....smiles : ))
Beautiful painting, Dor. You did really a great job on your first pastel. I love the light and the white chicken. Well done!!
Hi Pauline
