There are SO many things to like in this painting. First, you really created distance with the muted building & blurred horizon. Just enough detail to the back boats to make them believable but not focal. I LOVE the way your rocks lead the eye into the painting and you managed to keep your colors fresh for the water. Well done Sandra!! You sure had a busy month and wonderfully painted:))

Beautiful!  Love the shapes in the shadow on the roof & the top window.  Lovely soft colours in the rocks, background buildings & sky.  Really like the boats too.

Correct drawing, good atmospheric perspective and very attractive foreground water with stones. If the red color is grayed down a bit it would be more pleasing to the eye as it overpowers the more beautiful areas of the painting. I like the painting. Congratulations!
