Severin on September 12, 2016 at 11:45: Very nice design wise and color wise!! ..... you came dangerously close to cutting the canvas in half with your background .... try being a little more careful with that. If you lightly draw a tic tack toe grid on the 1/3 sections ... the line between light and shadow would have been on the right 1/3 vertical. That would have given you 4 UNEQUAL rectangles .... which is desirable design wise. You know, I would really suggest you move that background shadow on the wall a little further over to the right .. so you have unequal shadow and light .. your design will be so much the better for it. Great painting Candi, I really admire it!!! :))...
