Thank you Richard! I think I like this style. Didnt know if I could pull it off. I was in painting limbo not really knowing what direction to go it. This feels good to paint like this. Besides, Im starting to shake and this works well with that. :)

Hi Manneherrin. The loose strokes thing is working well for you here. The harmonious colour scheme, the varied and confident brushwork, the focal point created by the light, and the way both the stream and the steps draw the viewer into the painting all add up to a very nice piece of work.  I love it. well done.
