Okay Michael, let me see what I can do with your suggestions, and I thank you for taking the time to critique my work.  I am always learning  and I hope improving.

Laurena, Nice job on the trees ....I like the size domination of the boulders.  What I would like to see is lighter values and cooler color in the distant background and middle ground.  You are overusing yellow.   Repaint your sky with a very light glowing warm tone.  Now repaint your distant mountains beginning with a value that is close to your sky, but a cool blue/grey ..then slowly build the value up the scale ..warm the blue slightly with crimson.  Keep coming forward through the middle ground ..darkening the  values and warming the hue.  Stop at your foreground.  Then, in the middle ground, put a little yellow into your mountain blue so that you have a cool blue green ..the same value as the mountain ...then paint that into the blue of the mountain.  Do that on both sides.  In order for your greens to look distant and atmospheric, you must mix then as blue/green ..start with the blue first, then add yellow and then the atmosphere color to lighten.  Okay, darken your rocks more and use some warm tones ..especially in the crack between the two boulders ...darken the sides of the boulders and then throw bounced warm reflected light into the rocks.  Paint a warm, dark occlusion shadow under the boulders, then vary the length  of the grasses.  Last ...remove some of those foreground rocks and vary the sizes of the remaining ones. Don't forget  to soften the edges of the very distant mountains ..those edges are lost in the glow of the atmosphere.
