Hi Manneherrin, I would like to be able to help. I can see that there is a light and dark problem. The middle ground cliffs appear to be too dark to me as they stand out more than the foreground rocks. Maybe if you lighten the middle ground cliffs and then also lighten the water near them ie. the water just at the base of these cliffs, that might make them all recede a but and the water appear to lay down better? Then darken the water in the foreground. Just a thought...
