Hi Joy.  I like your arrangement of the main masses... nice abstract design of the clouds. You have gradation in the sky and water, but you also need gradation in your landmass ... both in value, temperature, and color.  Also, try to avoid curving lines touching the edge .. either take the line out of the picture edge and then bring it back in, or move the entire line inward.

Lovely scene & beautiful colour, Joy!  I especially like the soft clouds in the distance & the foliage and rocks.  It is quite likely the angle of the photo, but there seems to be a very slight tilt upwards in the sea and base of the cliffs as you get close to the horizon line?
