A great painting Mike!!! ....good composition, well established focal point, gradation, depth, good edge work ....may I suggest that since you have such cool light bathing over the scene ...that you might consider painting the main boats hull a more warm tone  (same value, just warm) ....take a look at some of the Dutch and Venetian painters ..they have plenty of this type of motif to study from.  Maybe a complimentary dark Red/brown?  ...But keeping it the same value you have.?  I really love this type of scene ..you really did a good job with it ..congratulations.
