I believe that you being on this site for so long .doing the workshops, participating in the discussions,  doing critiques, listening to critiques, etc., has given you the knowledge to do beautiful work ..without you even realizing it!!  I guess we just subconsciously retain the information and it just comes out automatically.

Wow Silvana!  What a beautiful painting!!   So many good things happening here ... composition, harmony, repetition, values (nice close value range!), color ..(beautiful color harmony), unequal division of your spaces, and a variety of subtle contrasts!!!!  The Rufous hornero balances the composition very effectively.  Wow, I am in awe at your use of such wonderful colored grays!!!!  Those nice touches of medium saturated yellow greens on the tree trunk make those grays sing!!!  I really like how you have design this very carefully ... I cannot find one negative shape the same ..and that is good!!!  There is a whole bunch of other good stuff that I could go on and on.  A very professional looking painting. :))
