Thank you Elbhlin, I painted the truck freehand which was quite a challenge for me.

Thank you Michael. I see what you mean about the values, and I will try your suggestion about the glaze. I always learn so much by doing these workshops. I appreciate your help

Laurena, your drawing looks good and the background ..which is all in shadow ..is a fine foil for the truck.  Your truck, though, is unfinished.   Your values on the truck are too high up on the value scale ..it does not relate to anything else in the painting.  If you had painted the other elements higher up the scale, then it might not be a problem.  Solution:  The shadow sides of the truck need to be quite darker in value.  Okay, wait until it dries ..completely, then glaze Ultramarine blue/aliz. crimson over the entire truck.  Wipe back to the lights.  Also, glaze over the cast shadow with the same color.  Then punch in some highlights on the truck ..
