Stu, thank you so very much for your support and allowing me to put you in the painting. Even through I wasn't able to paint there that day,  we were so happy to see you and Bob were still there. You always the last one to leave as you paint bigger canvas than anyone else and paint complicate scene. You really inspired me, so at that  moment I already decided what I want to paint. See you tomorrow in plein air!

Laura, I knew you would get a lot of likes and comments on this. Great work. I'm just sorry that all the traffic cheated you out of painting plein air that day but glad that you made the best of it. And thanks to Ann for the compliment on my legs! Stu

Thank you very much Silvana, Olivia for your wonderful comments! I really appreciate Stu's support. I designed the path above the right corner, but the figure will have to stand on the road, so I moved the road to the left little bit put some grass under his feet. It is little crowded.

Xiao, I am just so lucky to close by Ann and Stu (about an hour drive), and then I meet Stu's painting group. I went out almost every weekend to paint with a lot artists. If you come to this area we can paint together.

Beautiful painting Laura ! You have such great variegated color and textures. Your figure painting is excellent ! Just the right amount of light and dark to show your figure but still have him still a part of the painting. I wish I great legs like Stu ! LOL

Laura, this is wonderful painting and wonderful friendship.  Your painting has improved a lot. It is so nice for your guys be able to go out together and paint together.  I am so happy for your guys and a little envy too.
