China Camp_Late Afternoon at Bullhead Flat-Revised

oil on canvas panel 9" by 12" plein air. Revisions were knocking back some of the darks with a higher value violet scumble, warming and darkening the near foreground water, some very subtle reflections of sunlit rocks in the water that was calm near the cliffs and softening the fence by lightening the fence posts and darkening the background light. Fairly subtle, but should improve the painting.

The fence is the one that I noticed the most. This is one of my favorites of yours there is such  nice movement of the trees and cliff. I am seeing the movement of jazz
