6x6 inches. Oil on Board
Learning Points:
1. Trying to get used to using lighter colors and varying intesity for contrast.
2. This is a challenge for Daily Paintworks. The challenge in "citrus" . But, I have done so many oranges and lemons lately, I wanted to do something a little different :)

Thanks Maria! I looked and he is awesome! I love all the little paintings with the mouse in them :) I am looking forward to seeing your painting of the donkey!
Love your meringue Pandalana. Whats your painting for today. I was thinking of your when I was viewing Stuart Dunkel's paintings. Hop on Google and view them. Still more work to do on the donkey.
Wow! Look at all of those wonderful compliments! Thank yoooooouuuuu! ♥
Hello Pandalana, I really like your meringue pie, good enough to eat!. I am also a member of Daily Painting Works even though I have not done anything for them for quite a while, I like to do the challenges when I give myself time.
This looks very yummy!
A great job depicting the various textures!! ....especially the meringue. I think your treatment of various textures could also be included in your learning points? BTW, you have 2 things that you did that were very good: you have a nice counter change going on with the left edge of the meringue, and you let the light "escape" from the left edge of the yellow ..onto the plate! ..very well done.
Wow! I love lemon pies!!!! And this ione is sooo attractive!
