Thanks, Michael. I"ve been looking at my old paintings - they fall into two categoires - those which were starting to get somewhere, but needed more work. Those I worked more on, and ruined ... oh well, :)
I like this version. Your foreground grasses have a good pattern and relate to the composition better.

yes, think I like this one also better than the other Jon. I haven't done this one yet. Not sure if I will or find a photo I have taken myself of snow. Well done.
