Little Surfer by Sharon Repple 11" x 14" acrylic My daughter, when she was about 3 years old trying out her brothers' buggy board. Had a great time painting this one while taking a workshop with Mary Segars of Beaufort, SC.

Thanks fellow artist for your "likes" and comments. Loving the sweet subject makes the painting flow. Painting flesh tones with acrylics is a challenge because of the drying and darkening feature of acrylics. Retarders help some with the quick drying allowing more blending time but the darkening issue drive me crazy.
