Good morning to you from here! Thanks, it is really funny, water in general fascinates me. And for painting I have looked and photographed reflections and always wanted to understand the logic behind the reflections. But so far never got it right. Your remark reminds me of other similar experience: I design products and when the basic function of a product cannot be reinvented the packaging ("the water") becomes the winner. Sorry for the late response - I was away. I really value that you like water and bird. I never thought I would once paint birds. Now I am almost hooked on them. Yes water fascinated me a long but then when and how to tackle it? This workshop through me in the water. Thank you for seeing and liking it.

I see so much movement in this painting; you can really feel this little guy bobbing up and down as the waves pass under him. The bird is really well done, but also the water; I love the colours you have used and the reflections look great.
