Hunt at Dawn by Sharon Repple 14 x 11 acrylic Just finished. My nephew took this photo from his blind one morning while hunting in south Georgia. When I saw the photo, I knew I wanted to paint this still luminous scene. Look forward to reading your comments

thanks Dorian
Awesome! Smiles coming your way : ))
Thanks Jessica and Michael. Your words are so encouraging
Hi Sharon, You have certainly created the luminosity you were after! This is because of your nice handling of the tree edges as they meet the effect of the sunlight and atmosphere. Very well done.
Beautiful colour!
Im about 3 hours away from macon and let me tell you they are so sweet and juicy this year. I canned some peach preserves last week and went back to the farmers market today and bought more. I love it when they are in season.
Perry, GA area
I was born in Hazlehurst, raised in Macon and lived in Atlanta area for over 30 years. Oh how I wish I had some Georgia peaches right now.
Yes maam, Im in south georgia. Just got some fresh peaches today to make a cobbler. This looks like the area my folks are from in farm country.
Georgia girls can appreciate a morning like this. I was born in Georgia, were you? I'm pleased that you think I captured the atmosphere of that early morning.
Gorgeous. Soft and atmospheric.
