I intend to try that Michael when I have a bit more time. Have had my daughter and 3 preschoolers staying for the past 10 days so there were to many 'helpers' to finish it before the workshop deadline.

Hazel, since this is Acrylic, would it not be pretty easy to give the lake a better shape without having to resort to the cropping?

This makes a more interesting composition Hazel.....although I liked the little lake ..just not the shape.  :))
