It truely is Janet and thanks so much for your kind comment. I have donated this painting to a friend who will auction it so that she can make some $ to come to Amreica with her singing group and compete in the internationals of sweet adeleines. I miss it now it has gone My husband reckons hes gonna bid on it Ha ha

So true Dianne. I confess to struggling with the still lifes but the more I do the more I see why I should!!!! Ha ha 

So much to learn and what a great medium to be learning in. Thanks for your comments. Yes I agree there are some great artist on the course You are certainly one of them.

Lovely Annie. So soft and unabtrusive. We are so lucky to have such a wonderful country to live in:-) Thank you for your praise of my Oranges ect. I am warming to this still life as we go. There are some amazing painters of it in our group aren't there. Certainly brings us back on the level if we think we have done a good job after seeing the wonderful paintings posted. Lots to learn.
