Two of my watercolor palettes. I make a chart when I fill the palettes with fresh tube paint. This helps me remember what I used so I can refill the wells without wondering what color that is. I have had the palette on the left for at least 35 years.

Yip I do Jane,  I will send you a photo of my palette.  It took me ages to set up my present palette.  I am very happy with it and I like sharing also....   I am busy watching a painting DVD at the moment, so I won't forget to get around to it....  I will also show you my palette mixes also if you are interested....

Thanks Patricia.  I recently cleaned out and refilled the palette on the left.  I may replace the pale yellow in the lower left corner.  It is a little too opaque for me.  I'll put Gamboge or Azo. (Aurolean) yellow below there.  I am always learning newer and better set ups, and I love to see what colors other people use.

Do you have a favorite set up you use??

Jane

PS Thanks for looking at my page.
