Jon, yes: intermediate stage; nice start, but the trees are are rather symmetrically placed with the same space between the sides of your canvas and foreground trees and the middle tree quite close to smack-dab in the center.  This causes a distraction as does the lean on the sides of the two buildings on the right.  Your colosr and shadows are nice.   Stu

This is really beautiful, Jon!  The variegated colours in the buildings & golden glow on the fields is very lovely.  What is in the background (the white area - is it water?)  I especially like the tree in the foreground - very convincing foliage & branches.  Maybe the trunk needs a tiny bit more shadow near the bottom?
