Very, very good! ....Your atmospheric perspective is outstanding. Excellent harmony in you color scheme ...I am seeing yellow/green, green, blue/green with the violet as the complimentary!! Everything supports your focal point by being inconspicuous ...soft edges, less contrasts, more muted colors ..while you have upped the ante on the pagoda!! You have 3 distinct planes ..foreground, mid ground, and background! ..all good. I love the way you have moved the colors all around ..unifying the painting. The ONLY thing I would suggest is that you simplify the reflections in the water at the edges ...its is a little too busy on each side. If you just give that a simplified value and color ..and then put more emphasis on the reflection of the pagoda ...I think you will be much more pleased with the resulting composition. You will have a nice cruciform composition with the reflection of the pagoda taking you INTO the painting. Right now, nothing takes you into the painting. We are moved left to right instead of front to back. I wish I knew how to do the photo shop thing ..but I don't ..so I have to kind of give you a verbal picture ...which can be confusing ..sorry. BTW, I really love the escape route you give us on the right side of the pagoda!!! If you had put trees there, it would have been an eye trap ..a no no.
