The palette uses any earth red, yellow, blue..........

Actually I believe it is OK to post masters paintings due to the age or something. Here they are.

Sem, sorry I was to lazy to look all this up when I posted the painting. I posted a lot at a time. This painting was done when I was working through another color course (besides Richard's that I am doing now). It is painted with a limited palette called "Earth Primary" Color Scheme of white, Yellow Ochre, Bt.Sienna, Ulta Blue. These colors were used alot by Sargent and Zorn. I did some research to try to find paintings by Sargent where I though he might have used these colors and I did find 3 paintings, but I failed to get the names of the paintings to tell you which ones to go look at. It is really amazing what a master can do with so few colors. Ro
