The atmospheric feeling is well done with soft edges in the far greyed  building and the darker values in the front building. I think that the front building is scaled a little too large for this composition, if you want to do another try to make it a little smaller. Your water is a little muddy. Let is dry and then go over it with the soft strokes of blues and greens that Richard uses but don't get carried away with blending or it will muddy again. I also like the light in the sky over the far building, the birds and the way that you handled the boats in this area. Just a thought to make  nice painting better. Please post if you make changes.
