Seagulls... 'I swim the coasts and live what makes me happy'

Oils 32x24 cm. This topic reminded me of a childhood song in which a child compares himself to a seagull, by María Elena Walsh: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sKvdMfOa9ys (it's in Spanish)
Really beautiful scene!!

The one which is similar to a stain below the wing... Wow!!! I didn't know that!!!! I'm sure they'll arrive some day.... I wonder if there are pigeons....

Hi Silvana.  Yes, the gull looks much better now.  What was it that was bothering you? you did not finish your statement.   BTW, there are no sea gulls in Hawaii!!!  ....  They cannot fly across the pacific ... to far.  I did not know this until someone educated me on that little fact. ... learn something new everyday, I guess. :))

I agree with Cristina, dreamy!  The water on the shoreline is so fluid!  You did a beautiful job Silvana, and as you know...your song makes me happy too!

Silvana ..  I agree with Lucie ...  very well painted, my friend!   You gave much attention to proper values .. excellent.  One very small  (picky, actually) thing:  You have a gull right behind the main gull in the air .... see if you can get rid of that trailing gull ...since it connects to the main gull as a tangent, it creates the illusion that the main gull has a supper long tail .. if you cover that small gull with your finger, you will see what I mean.
