Fantastic - just can't find anything that doesn't work - I particularly like the enamel vessel you have captured the "tin" feeling so well.

Hey Dirk, it just requires a small spout but I think it can still be considered a jug. Beautifully done! Love the way your pear glows against the warm/cool grays and the simplicity of this painting.

Unfortunately i didn't have a white jug. This jug was used as a brush holder by my late mother in law so it was great to immortalise in a painting.
