Oil on mdf board.20x25 cm. Decided to change the model a bit... felt more at ease with the sea..., though it's not so easy for me to invent, I went for it, and I'm not unhappy with the result!!!!

Thanks Lori!!!
WOW!!! You have really made this your own! Love your concept
Laura, Cristina, Thanks!!! I think I felt I wanted to be at the sea....as now physically is impossible, I let it be in a painting!!! and...Richard's seagulls just had to be there! :) !!!
Lovely capture of the light, beautiful use of colors!!
Silvana, this is excellent! I really like how you opened up the background.
Candi, Judy, Linda, Diane, thank you very much! Diane,I had to come and look at the painting.. actually I never thought of the shadow cast of the pole nor of the poles leaning on the wall... but I think that the shadow you are refering to is the shadow of sth that cannot be seen in the painting (or is it from that window in the roof?). Perhaps I should have made the shadow towards the sea more obvious, as also the shadows of the short poles on the wall... I have also realized that the seagulls have no shadows...just reflections. Diane,Thanks for your comment!!! It made me realize quite a lot of things!
I love the isolated remote feeling you have given this hide away
. Not very good at this technicality but would the shadow cast by the telegraph pole be going toward the sea rather than on the shed wall?? Of course this maybe something else entirely :)
Lovely colour combinations.
