Very beautiful painting and i love the colours and the upper sky. I just love skies and clouds and yours look just great, think this is a great challenge, wished i was able to do this one too.

thank you Nita for your nice comments, I have enjoyed this workshop very much and are now coming to grips with skies and clouds. Dorothy

Lovely Dorothy.  I really am drawn to the upper sky and the how the air there "feels" to me.  Beautiful light as well.

thank you al, Hazel, Stuart, Dor, and Jennifer for your kind comments. I have not taken enough care of the sky and clouds in my paintings in the past, and it has shown.

A well done painting of a familiar (to me) landmark. Good to see another Kiwi on here!
