Comment by Robin Sage on May 27, 2015 at 8:37: Our small rural town of Taihape NZ has its streets named after NZ birds. As part of a town beautifying project some artists were invited to paint a bird image that could be digitally transferred to a metal sign attached above the present name of the street. At the end of the project artists can contribute their painting to an auction which will hopefully raise more funds to help beautify the town. I chose the South Island Robin!
