This is a 20 x 20 oil painting based on a photo By Liliya Kulianionak I liked the composition and thought I'd practice - my goals were to lead the eye using soft edges and value changes..comments and critiques are most welcome:)

Lori, nice painting of a very complex subject. Well done, especially the wood. Great colors on the flowers make them look three dimensional and real. The level of detail is high everywhere. They say, a painting is even more interesting when that varies ;-)
