12X9 oil on board. From Vista House (Crown Point State Park) looking west towards Portland, OR up the Columbia River Gorge. This shows rather darkly on this monitor at the B&B on my recent trip to SFO. Looks fine on my home monitor though. New photos to come...sometime... maybe after getting a color monitor calibrator. Anybody use one of those?

It's beautiful Jan. I think it should be part of the Workshop. For that, it should be tagged Workshop25 and not sunsets.

Thank you Laura, Jessica and Michael.  It was done in about 3 hrs at Vista Point, wet in wet, late afternoon.  I did not mean for it to be in the WS25 competition, but it inherited the album tags for mastering sunsets. I don't see a way to drag it into a different album.  What I love about plein air is you don't have time to overwork the painting....but have to be careful when you do any touch ups in the studio.  I have ruined a few pieces that way.  The only touch up done in studio was in the two top corners where the easel clips left bare board.
